REMIT: To design a spot-price oracle/index engine and related RESTful API suite in support of margin and futures products. Architectural requirements included sourcing data from redundant providers. External stakeholder requirements included 3rd party reproducibility, enabling customers to trustlessly validate. Internal stakeholder requirements included an interface for dynamic launching of indices on-demand for various business logic needs.
REMIT: To identify revenue driving digital asset products to list on the spot exchange, define multi-jurisdictional asset vetting requirements, vet potential assets, identify trading pairs, determine AMM (automated market maker) liquidity requirements, and implement tech to capture and retain documentation and enable transparency for various regulatory bodies.
REMIT: To bring StrongBlock's enterprise-grade blockchain infrastructure product suite and DAPP marketplace to life. I led Strongblock's early phase product roadmapping, prototyping, specification drafting, and UX/UI design. I also played a key role in seed round fundraising, creating all company creative assets, technical papers, pitch decks, and one-pager pitch sheets.
REMIT: To provide an on-chain mechanism for product managers and developers to propose changes or upgrades to the EOSIO core software and assess community support. This project defined the appropriate syntax and workflow that product managers, developers, and token holders should use to submit proposals. Leveraging an on-chain referendum system embodied the original DAO-like vision for EOS.
REMIT: To address deficiencies in BB&T Bank’s BSA/AML compliance program as required by a 2017 FDIC consent order, and to provide training to product teams, the Financial Intelligence Unit, and other key stakeholders. I refined the content, certified the learners, and implemented a system for delivery and certification tracking. The final product received FDIC approval, leading to the lifting of the consent order.
REMIT: To design and deliver select regulatory compliance training to American Express Foreign Exchange Services product teams and key stakeholders. The content was designed to inform and empower product managers, executives, and others with a deep understanding of money laundering risks and American Express' associated processes.
REMIT: To lead the end-user training initiative for the point-of-sale software product used by American Express across its global retail currency exchange desks and kiosks. I developed comprehensive training materials, designed and executed training programs, and ensured alignment with product management objectives. This initiative aimed to enhance user proficiency and ensure the product's overall success and user satisfaction.
REMIT: To optimize the documentation of workflows and procedures of the point-of-sale software product used by American Express for its retail currency exchange desks and kiosks worldwide. In this role, I actively collaborated with the Product Management team driving the implementation of in-application help prompts to enhance user experience and product functionality.
